| The main researching content of embedded signal collecting analyzer is to collect and analyze the vibration signal of the large rotary machine or air-pressing machine in workshop, to realize the status monitoring and fault diagnosis of the mechanical device. in this system, under the control of the μC/OS-Ⅱ, the data acquisition system realize the real time sample and storage, according to the sample route to analye and transmit saved data. Firstly, the paper summarizes the present developing condition of signal collecting system , then we build a hardware structure of our system, and establish a modularzied design method.Secondly, the thesis makes a detailed introduction of the MC/OS-II kernel struction, and has a discussion on task management of μC/OS-Ⅱ, time management of μC/OS-Ⅱ, communication between tasks and the initialization of μC/OS-Ⅱ in detail.Then, the paper discusses the modules of the the hardware circuit of the signal collecting analyzer, including: signal conditioning circuit, CUP control module, memory module, man-machine interaction, transmit module and current supply module, of which makes a detailed introduction of C8051F124's models that are used in the system, these models include CIP-51 microcontroller core, on-chip memory, ADC model and specific programmable digital I/O.Finally,on the base of hardware circuit,the thesis makes a detailed discussion of the software modules of the signal collecting analyzer. As ADC model is a core of this system, the thesis makes detailed expound of its content: the initialization of ADC model, big sample acquisition and real-time Acquisition, besides the anti-jamming question of data acquisition system has been investigated, and as emphases of this work, solve schemes have been studied from the hardware and software. |
