With the rapid development of the electronics industry,the society has higher and higher requirements for electronic measuring instruments,electronic measuring instruments are improved faster and with higher measurement accuracy.However,in order to meet the ever-increasing indicators,measuring instruments are often singlefunction and bulky,and cannot be used for diverse and complex test requirements.In order to achieve a complete test of a system,multiple instruments may be required to use together,and it is very troublesome to set up a test environment.Based on the common electronic measuring instruments on the market,combined with the analysis function requirements of the test environment,this paper designs an integrated radio frequency signal test module with reconfigurable functions and configurable hardware based on the design ideas of small size,low power consumption and multi-function.The module also has three functions: radio frequency signal reception and spectrum analysis,radio frequency signal generation and transmission,and network parameter analysis.These three functions are interrelated and can be used in combination or work independently,making the testing process more convenient,fast and comprehensive.The hardware of the entire module can be disassembled and reassembled and reassembled according to requirements,which is easy to carry and easy to maintain,which greatly improves the scope of application of the test instrument.The main research contents of this paper include:1.The overall scheme architecture of the radio frequency signal comprehensive test module is designed on the basis of high integration and minimum power consumption.2.Study the implementation of three functional modules of radio frequency signal reception,transmission,and network parameter analysis,and design hardware circuits for these three functions.3.Design the hardware circuit based on the AD9361 single-chip zero-IF transceiver module,and build the peripheral circuit according to the actual application environment;design the gain control system based on the AD9361,and complete the system power module design according to the overall hardware scheme.4.Analyze the requirements of three different functions,and design the digital logic modules for the three modules of the spectrum analyzer,the RF signal generator,and the vector network analyzer.Through the research of the above content,a comprehensive test module with three functions: RF signal receiving and processing,RF signal transmitting,and network parameter analysis has been designed.This module can transmit 100MHz?3GHz radio frequency signals,which can be used instead of simple signal sources;this module can also perform spectrum analysis on 100MHz?3GHz signals,instead of simple spectrum analyzers;this module can also be used for the DUT Performing network parameter analysis in the frequency band of 100MHz?3GHz can play the role of a simple vector network analyzer.
