The Oss Ip Billing Tent Interface System

With the rapid development of network technologies, telecommunication'soperation and business is confronted with a new challenge and competition.Telecommunication Operation Support Systems, OSS, is the key oftelecommunication service provider to improve it's core power of competition andenhance it's service functions. IP Billing System and Operation and AccountingSystem are two kernel systems in OSS. They are the primary operation supportsystems for telecommunication's operation and business to develop the business on IPnetwork. The emphases discussion of this article is the Commercial IP NetworkManagement United Interface System (CINMUIS), it provide a perfect operation andbusiness interface between IP Billing System and Operation and Accounting System,can manage many kinds of IP business, and realize the business communication anddata synchronization between IP Billing System and Operation and AccountingSystem.At the beginning of this article, there is a brief introduction of OSS's definition,character and evolution. we also explained the significant meaning of theimplementation of OSS.In the second chapter, there is more introduction of the two important systems inOSS, that we deal with in our interface system, the IP Billing System and Operationand Accounting System. We had a brief discussion but go deep into the kernel flowand basic functions of the two systems.I stressed the design principle of CINMUIS in the third chapter, introduced therunning environment of the system, the billing and accounting concept model used inthe system, the goal of the system, and the implementing mechanism as a whole.In chapter four and five, I respectively introduced the real time interface and fileinterface in detail, and talked out the model of multi-layer framework. Real timeinterface has less and paroxysmal data, so I adopted the method of TCP shortconnection. I also designed a series of perfect network communication protocol,include 12 kinds of business interfaces, they are open user, modify password, changeuser's status, delete user, change user's business policy, query balance, query card bill,pay fee, cancel fee, bind port, unregister user and reset password. File interface candeal large amount of data, according to this character, I used the FTP protocol totransform data in file format. I also introduced the design elements and file formationof the detail bill file interface and the award file interface at large.At the end of the article, there is the enumeration of some brief conclusionfrom the research, and I also confirmed the further direction of the next research step.
