Portal Platform In Enterprise Application Integration Technology Research

Along with the high-speed development of hardware technology and software technology, the operation patterns which are based on Internet, such as Electronic Commerce and Electronic Government, have made rapid progress. Enterprises pay more emphasis on exchanging information and immediate communication inside and outside. Therefore, how to build up information systems to satisfy the need of enterprises becomes more and more important. Now, the answer is EIP.Since the naissance of the Portal from 1998, it becomes more and more popular by the people. Portal provides customers with personalized points of entry (or gateways) to a wide variety of information within orgazinations and helps customers to manage these resources. EAI is the unrestricted sharing of data and business processes throughout the networked applications or data sources in an organization. EAI enables data propagation and business process execution throughout the numerous distinct networked applications as if it would be a unique global application. Now, EAI has become the indispensable function of EIP, and EIP provides customers with personalized services by integrating information resources.With the goal of solving enterprise data integration, this paper presents the architecture of Minor Department Oriented Portal (MEOP) through the needs which are driven by civil minor enterprise in building Enterprise Information Portal.After deep researching of EAI, the MessageBased Application Integration Framework (MAAIF) Based on MEOP is designed in detail. MAAIF is a Data Integration Framework which should be reused by customers. At last, MAAIF's advantages and disadvantages are discussed and MAAIF is used to develop a real project successfully.
