With the development of medical information construction,more and more medical information systems have been applied into the hospital,and every single medical business process in hospital is implemented by multiple heterogeneous information systems' interactions through standard-based or nonstandard-based messages,all of which constitute a complex net environment of integrated system.There maybe varieties of problems that will happen,anywhere and anytime during the medical business process,therefore,the medical business process will be stopped,which result in adverse effects on medical service for the patients.So,how to real-timely monitor the operating status of the integration environment and timely locate the root cause of integration breakdown,are the main issue in medical information construction.The integration engine is the mainstream technology to realize the integration of healthcare information systems,which plays the hub role of transferring and routing messages between different information systems.So,it becomes the main method of monitoring the integration systems through monitoring the messages processed by the integration engine.However,the integration engine lacks of the ability to analyze the messages' semantic.As a result,the operator and maintenance workers will face the problems of high professional and technical barriers and low efficiency,while troubleshooting and locating problems,because they need to grasp 'the knowledge of the practical medical business process,and know how theses heterogeneous information systems communicate with each other.This thesis proposes a kind of technology to monitor the medical transaction operation between different medical information systems based on message semantics.This technology use a unified message model to annotate the semantic heterogeneity messages,and store these messages in a centralized location.Then,a kind of monitoring alarm mechanism for capturing both exceptions of single message processing and business process status in the whole workflow is designed to makes the operator and maintenance workers can timely know the integration breakdown and quickly locate the root cause of the exceptions.Thereby,the efficiency and the degree of difficulty on the job of system integration maintenance.The major contents include:1)A semantic annotating method on heterogeneity message is proposed through designing a unified message model and semantic annotating the heterogeneity messages with this model.2)A monitoring alarm mechanism is designed to analyze the exceptions during the message processing in the integration engine and abnormal medical business state.In order to monitor the abnormal medical business state,series of standard state machines are build up,then based on these state machines,an approach of real-time analyzing the practical business state are designed to find guarantee the business process normally.3)An integration monitoring software is designed and developed,including message semantic annotating components,restful web service,which is used to store the message events in a centralized location and search these message logs with dynamically and quickly query method,a web-based monitoring management view to display the alarm message and message event logs.4)The above software was applied into a real environment in a provincial top three hospitals,and many application cases were collected to analyze and evaluate this solution's availability.Firstly,the complex net environment of integrated system in hospital are reorganized,and then 48 key units of medical business are sorted out.Based on the above preparation job,this monitoring software are deployed into the real environment after completely tested to monitor the whole environment of medical business process.Combined with resolved cases in history,103 cases are collected.Among these cases,67%are caused by integration process breakdown,and their root causes can be quickly found and located,which greatly raise the efficiency of troubleshooting problems.According to the analysis result,the proposed information.monitoring technology can improve the efficiency of maintenance work,especially in troubleshooting locating the root cause of the integration breakdown,to a certain degree,reduce the difficulty of integration maintenance.
