Application Integration Platform Based On The Message Flow Design And Applications

As the deep evolution of enterprise informatization, how to share and inter-operate among applications have become the bottleneck of this trend. "Information island" has been a serious obstacle to the whole process of enterprise informatization. Enterprise Application Integration is built to solve the problem. The main work of this study include:First, we conducted an in-depth study on integration level and integration technology; analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional solutions. According to current needs of the integration of tax department and latest trend of Enterprise Application Integration, we developed MSIP (Message Stream Integration Platform) , which has follow features: loosely coupled integration, automated integration and Seamless integration of existing systems. Also we conducted a detailed analysis on functions of the application layer, business logic layer and resource layer of the framework. It has been applied successfully in the interconnection project among taxation bureau, bank and treasury of Linhai city.Second, we designed and implemented the core structure of functional components of MSIP, which including table structure, message stream set, stored procedure execution, data extraction, data write-back, ftp service, trading file management and so on. As an independent middleware platform, MSIP can simplify system deployment and integration process and lower technical threshold.Third, as a development platform, MSIP is suitable for business actor to participate the integration and development processes. In light of the actual situation in the current tax department, we conducted a secondary development based on MSIP, designed and implemented the interconnection system among taxation bureau, bank and the treasury, which integrated application systems of the three sides. We practiced the system in Linhai Taxation Bureau, and solved the problems brought by the implement of online tax declaration. The system reached the expected effect, and it also proved the correctness of MSIP structure.Practice shows that traditional enterprise application integration has following shortcomings: poor interoperability and automation degree, hard to integrate with existing system, higher costs and personnel requirements. Compared with that, MSIP has overcome those partly and allows us not to concern the technical details on application integration and it help to low the cost and difficulty of integration.
