The Air Data Computer Network Monitoring And Control System

This article builds automatic testing system based on virtual instruments, which used to test Air data computer (ADC for short). Then how to use net control and measure technology in testing system is studied in the article. What the article studies in net control and measuring can be used on testing system of other equipments on aircraft.ADC supplies data source to airplane. It is one of the most important equipments on the aircraft. The article studies structure and principle of ADC. Then principle of calculate in ADC and the form procedure of static pressure source error are discussed.Using of virtual instruments, the article builds automatic testing system for ADC based on PCI bus. The system accomplishes function testing on status of auto test and normal by LabVIEW which is a graphical language for testing made by NI. The system also develops extra assistant function for demand of user.Then modes of net are discussed. There are two modes of net measurement and control: Client/Server and Web/Server. The latter helps to release programmer from the burden of repairing application program, which causes more and more user use this mode. So the article builds the net measurement and control system based on Web/Server mode and discusses two schemes: (1) Remote Panels;(2) combine DataSocket and ActiveX.The article uses database to manage testing data and error information. LabSQL is a free software to realize access to database. The article uses this tool to edit the data in database.The experiment shows that the expansibility facility and flexibility of the testing system in the article extends requirement, especially the net measuring and controlling and database management handled in the system set examples for other aircraft testing equipment.
