It' s really a new and hot topic to use the technique of multiple access which always used in satellite communication system in systems located on earth. There is still much demand for point to point wireless communication system and the market is also a promising one in China. At present, the main aim of Chinese enterprise is to improve the quality of service and the rate popularization of our communication systems. The modern communication systems are comprised of three parts: exchanging offices, transferring power lines, the accessing networks. In recent years, our communication has been developed greatly. It becomes more and more popular. This is mainly depends on the improvement of the capacity of exchanging and transferring. However, the technology of access is some degree low compared with the other two main parts. And now, it has become the key problem which prevents the further development of popularization of telecom. Wireless access is much cheaper than wired access, since there may be some unexpected disaster in the rural area.TDMA is a kind of technology that separates addresses by time. It requires quite accurate timer and synchronization. Then, the adjustment of time delay is much more important. The other two important techniques are data compress and coding, since they are indispensable to improve the efficiency and reliability of communication systems. In this thesis, we have collected sufficient material about this, and proposed a realization method of multiple access for TDMA system. The proposed method is proved to be an efficient one.Till now, we have discussed the TDMA system based on Pre-allocation. There are still many other allocation techniques to be explored and compared. There are also some points in the system that needs to be smoothed. That' s what we will do in our further work. Keywords: point to point, point to multiple points, center station, relay station, time division multiplexing, time division multiple access, transmission bandwidth.
