With the fast development of computer network and automatic technique, the field of industrial automatic process control is now coming through an innovation and starting to develop toward network. The construction of control system has developed from the initial generation of CCS (Computer Centralized Control System) and the secondary generation of DCS (Distributor Control System) to popular FCS (Field Control System) up to now. Recently a new innovation in Industry Control Field will be caused by the new generation of Industry Ethernet Control System. In order to adapt the development of industry automation, and let automatic and relative profession majoring students get good engineering practice during school time, it is a very important goal to build a network process control lab with practical engine condition in automatic professional lab construction.The experiment equipments of two-level network process control system based on industry Ethernet and PROFIBUS technique are researched in this paper. The system's composition and work principle are illustrated. The overall constructions, software and hardware structures and the function features of this system are also discussed. The experiment operation, data inputs, data processing and storage, the real-time supervision on the running state of the lab equipment and the hardware's configuration, programming and debugging of PLC through Ethernet are realized by upper level control system. PLC of Siemen's S7 300/400 is selected in the first level control system to complete the functions of process control experiments, the realization of control algorithm and so on. In order to make experimenters analyze system performance effect conveniently and intuitionistically along with fuzzy control parameters' change, and realize and understand the Fuzzy Control further, the temperature control experiment is taken for an example in this paper. The application software of fuzzy PID control algorithm experiment is developed, and the mean of establishing a Fuzzy Control Experiment Flat in upper floor is proposed. At the same time, through using STEP7 program software and WinCC configuration software, a set of software packages with user-friend interface, good operation performance and easy maintenance are designed.This system has been put to use in Electricity Engineering College'sprocess Control Lab of NanHua University. The real running results have showed that the hardware design is appropriate, the software function is perfect, the system operation and maintenance are convenient, and the system running is reliable. The teaching requirements for system design and open experiment can be well satisfied. More over, the simulation experiments of control algorithm research can be also realized.
