The aging oven which be used in our work shop used by the Three-point temperature control system.when it works,keep the process tempreture is too broad.and keep this state cast lot of operator's vigor.so the system needs a design to be remoulded.We want the new system control tempreture between ± 10 ?.And another purpose is that reduce one operator.The conventional PID control is widely used in process control,for simple structure and stable performance. But when the system parameter and working environment changes, the conventional PID control usually will lose its control performance. We will remoulded it based on the knowledge of Programmable Logic Controller and fuzzy control which do not need to build accurate mathematical model.At the first of this article, we used cascade control to improve the dynamic performance of the temperature control process. We used the fuzzy control on the primary controller, and PID control on the secondary controller. At the same time, we chose the appropriate fuzzy rules and membership function according to property of the gas-temperature-system, and built the query table of fuzzy control rules, designed PID controller and fuzzy controller. Then the program has been simulated on simulink, in order to compare the control performance between conventional PID controller and fuzzy PID controller.The designed base on Siemens S7-300 PLC hardware and programming system..And we monitored the changing during the operation through Zutaiwang v5.53.
