In this paper, using the advanced computer control technology and intelligent control theories, the computer monitor system for the "EFAT/P-IIB" process control experiment equipment is designed based on FNNC.The monitor system implemented IPC and ADAM5000/CAN intelligence unit, which intergrated field bus technology and distributed control technology. IPC is superior of the system, communicating with subordinate intelligence spot through CAN protocol; The ADAM5000/CAN is intelligence spot which connect all of I/O units with CAN bus, thus realizing two-way digital communication between up-down machine. At the same time, it makes us making use of available resources to the extent, and completing the task of data collected and device controlled at spot.PC monitor software adopts "TRACE MODE" industry control software, which is designed to realize displaying technologic flow, alarming, historical curve, report forms and database. This text finally presents a kind of fuzzy neural network method, which combines fuzzy knowledge representation with neural network self-learning ability and adopts a fast study algorithm. For the boiler temperature control system, the simulations have been done to compare with the PID, routine fuzzy and FNNC control separately by the SIMULINK platform of MATLAB. We can learn from the artificial result that FNNC has lighter exceeding, no shaking, fine station, short time to reach the stable state, little error of the stable state. So its dynamic characteristic and static characteristic is the most superior. Therefore it has verified that the feasibility of using FNNC in the temperature control system.
