After China's entering the WTO, the business of book publishing and circulation has been opened to the world gradually and the competition within countries of this field becomes more and more tough. Accordingly, our corporations encounters high requirement of setting up a new book market operation system. In view of that, researches to the book publishing and circulation do not only have realistic significance but also own high academic value.The center topic of this paper, written on the basis of book operation essential theory and market operation principle, is Book Operation System Design. Making use of the logicalmethod-introducing problem, analyzing problem, and solvingproblem, in this paper, there defines and describes two points as follows:First, explain the problem-research's background, meaning and describe the thread of writing. Second, make generalization and summary to the book market operation system, as well as do analysis to book operation system.Under the foundation of above knowledge, this paper also manages optimization design to the operation system of Jinjuan Cultural Book Enterprise, brings out new viewpoint about building current operation system around capital stream, information stream and logistric, meanwhile, explores and analyzes the problems encountered in this system.
