| Nowadays, integrated logistics must be one of the most influencing trends of logistics. The rapid development of electronic commerce makes it realizable to construct an integrated logistics system. In addition, e-commerce's technologies, such as EBXML, UDDL XML/EDI, develop quickly. These technologies have improved the standard criterions for inter-operations between companies.J2EE platform released by SUN provides distributed system architecture for modern enterprise application. It not only inherits platform-independent feature of Java language, but also combines component technology. It provides modern enterprises with an integrated solution to establish distributed application rapidly.EJB is a server-side component architecture that simplifies the process of building enterprise-class distributed component applications in Java. By using EJB, people can write scalable, reliable, and secure applications without writing their own complex distributed component framework. EJB is about rapid application development for the server side; people can quickly and easily construct server-side components in Java by leveraging a prewritten distributed infrastructure provided by the industry. EJB is designed to support application portability and reusability across any vendor's enterprise middleware services.Three distributed system architecture (RMI, CORBA, COM+) has been discussed. The Component-Based technology of J2EE platform, EJB, is compared with the COM+ technology of Windows DNA framework in several aspects. Other technologies, such as JNDI, JDBC, XML and WEB Service are also discussed. Then EAN.UCC system is introduced. Then it describes the analysis and design of ISP Supported Integrated Logistics Model, by using EJB-based multi-lay distributed system architecture. This paper analyzes the requirements of ISPSIL system firstly, gives the whole architecture and requirements of every subsystems. It then describes the implementations of components of ISPSIL system. |
