With the geometric increment of the information capacity, the improvement of the computer technology and the continuous expansion of the enterprise's self-management demand, Enterprise Information Portal had been implemented widely. On the other hand, however, the complicated application connection and the programming code caused the high maintenance cost and the update cost. As the present technology innovation, Web Services can solve this problem and made the best solution under the application environment by now.By Web Services, the enterprise used the record way to make the self-component through the abstract and the compound. After an enterprise's competitive power was component, these competitive power can be shared among the different enterprise conveniently and build the e-business application to make business web beyond the enterprise.The purpose of this subject is to bring forward an EIP system implementation based on Web Services under Microsoft .NET framework in order to research EIP system for how to extend the enterprise module to establish the base.At first, from the business requirement, the writer discussed the enterprise faced the present challenge: how to integrate all kind of application systems, data resources and Internet resources in order to improve the enterprise core competitive power.Then aim at the enterprise actual requirement, the writer put forward an EIP solution based on the Microsoft .NET platform and gave further the feasibility to apply the new Web Services framework into the development of Enterprise Information Portal.Finally the writer suggested a process to implement EIP system based on the Web Services technology.This paper proposed a solution, which use open distributed technology standard, such as SOAP, UDDI, XML and so on, based on the Web Services design thinking to implement EIP system. This solution made use of Internet opening and protocol criterion based on the present software/hardware equipment, and relax coupling data layer, application layer, solution layer that offered by Web Services. So it is very ideal to connect all kind of business functions among the enterprise through Web Services.
