The education of vocational school iS on the basiS of vocational quality:laVS the emphasiS on the vocational skill,on the aim of training vocational ability. Vocational ability includes professional ability.method ability and social ability.The traditional vocational education only emphasize the training of the students'professional ability:not conscious of the training of method ability and ignore the training of social ability.It is wildly believed that the SOCial ability is very important in the students'employment and the continuous development,but the training of the social ability needs not only professional course,but also an imperceptibly influence during each professional teaching. According to how to strengthen the traini ng of vocational school students'SOCial ability in the professional course,thiS thesiS puts forward a new teaching method--mutual aid team teaching method.That i S to say,the teacher founds good relationship with students,which iS on the basis of harmonious and democracy atmosphere of classroom teaching.In the computer operating class,teacher and student can help each other,SO do the students。The students can study together, the teacher and the students can di SCUS wi th each other,the students who use the modern educational method can communicate with the person who iS outside of the class.It can make the students use the resource of software and hardware beside them to learn how to ask for help and how to help others when they are studying, which iS it will also imperceptib]y influence the training of students'method ability and SOCial ability.
