| Scannerless range imaging lidar compare with other ranging system, it has many merits,we can get distinct picture when we detect dynamic object with it,and it has low power, little capacity, we only need low cost to make it. so it is important in many fields, now we must try our best to rearsh this technology.This paper mainly introduced four Scannerless range imaging lidar on different theory, the theory based on pulse gain modulation is the most creationary. When pulse light is refleted by the object, the optical receiver receive the reflected pulse light, we apply linearity gain modulation to MCP, then MCP will output new optical field , at last Charge Couple Device accept the new optical field and output three-dimensional graphic information, we can ignore the influence of the background light with this lidar, and it can detect longer range than other ranging device,and it can normal work with low power lasing light emitter, we designed a simulated system to verify the solution. Because Photoelectric electron-multiplier tube is similar with MCP in function , we select PMT as optical receiver. The system was make with LD drive module, PMT drive module, time sequence control module, sampling receptive module, we experimentalized with the simulated system,the most distance that we can detect is 1000 meters , and the measurement error is less than 15 meters, the result indicate the theory is feasible. We analyse the experiment error. We also describe the foreground of the project. |
