With the rapid development of Internet technology and embedded technology, the remoteness and intelligence is becoming a trend of device control system. Embedded Remote Control System (ERCS) based on Internet is one of the important aspects in the area of embedded device control remotely and intellectually. Contrapose this trend, the paper put forward to use embedded technology to achieve device network connectting and local controlling, consequently implement Embedded Remote Control based on Internet.Firstly the paper researches the theories and model of ERCS based on Internet, divides ERCS into three function modules(Remote terminal, Network transport, Local monitor), resolves several key technologies about system implementation including designing Internet connectting methods, choosing embedded operate system, designing remote control modes and putting forward improved methods to reduce the influence of network transport tache.Then the paper designs the hardware and software platform of embedded local controller, mainly to construct the software platform, including cutting down and transplanting uClinux embedded operate system, establishing muti-filesystem on storage device, researching real time ability of uClinux kernel and implementing timer interrupt and external interrupt.Thirdly, the paper gives out two kinds of application software design modes based on hardware and software platform of embedded local controller, mainly B/S mode application software design including constructing interactive dynamica embedded Web Server, designing CGI application software, designing identity authentication system and dynamica Web page.At last, the paper designs a winding machine which is object of embedded remote control. The work includes introducing winding machine design target, designing the collectivity and five important parts of winding machine, and designing a B/S mode simulative remote control program based on analyzing winding machine control system.
