Customer Relationship Management(CRM) is a new-type mechanism of management that aims at improving the relation between the enterprise and customer, it implements in the fields that related to customers, such as marketing of enterprises, sells, service, technical support , etc. The goal of CRM on one hand attracts and keeps more customers through offering faster and more thoughtful good service;Through managing the cost reducing enterprises in an all-round way to business procedure on the other hand. CRM is a kind of concept, and a management software and technology too.The marketing administrative system of general group has introduced CRM idea , and analyse because of the value chain that has optimized enterprise's marketing business procedure. Combine and combine it with tobacco trade and general group marketing management reality after studying CRM principle, have designed 9 pieces of main business lines module altogether, including budget plan ,comprehensive administrative system, sell management, brand management , performance examine, market management , customer manage , service management, analysis and decision system.System adopt B/S and J2EE advanced three systematic structure,that develop , dispose the platform to make up to build up, introduce work flow technology make business change further more convenient. The system has good resource re-utilizing, expansibility and security.
