Integrated marketing industry is rapid growth in recent years, its coverage is not only advertising and media, but also involves the offline marketing activities. But offline marketing activities are mostly belongs to the medium-short-term project,there are problems such as mobility of personnel and dispersion of materials, result in we can not manage projects organic. So we combined the management process and management experience of integrated marketing industry short period offline marketing project activities, design and develop a general medium-short-term marketing activities management system which meet the needs of most of the integrated marketing industry company.Our main research contents are as follows:On the one hand, based on the deep understanding and research and analysis of the integrated medium-short term marketing activities management business, we determined the business requirements. This system mainly cover the follow business modules: project file management, project document management, talk about table management, part-time staff management, project training management; project material management, patrol management, sales reports, project report; project performance evaluation, and improvement measures management.On the other hand, based on system business requirements, analyse system functional requirements and non-functional requirements; and hammer out system architecture design, database design, functional interface interaction design; and provide code implementation process and the system interface; finally state the function test and performance test results.
