In this paper, we analyze the marketing status of the tobacco industry, present a material stratagem, optimize the operation about customers and marketing by building the database marketing system.Today, the database marketing system is popular used in enterprise, it is also a trend for tobacco industry to adopt the advanced marketing pattern, to communicate with the customers and achieve the goal of gathering the customers' information by instituting the promotion project and relevant score plan, deploy the promotion activity. Then make some statistic and analysis using the information, adjust the enterprise' s marketing strategy continually, hope to receive better performance.In this paper, we build a database marketing system by using the ResourceOne Framework, J2EE architecture, B/S mode and new web technology . Apply the object-oriented analysis method to build the system model, analyze all the business logic and disassemble the system function, present a whole scheme, adopt the database technology to manage and analyze the customers' information, collaborate the printing code system and call center to implement the new marketing management model.
