Windows Platform, The Network Broadcast System

This paper mainly expounds the principles and realization of the system of network living broadcast in Windows operating system. As the rapid development and improvement of network technology, the requirement of users to the network multimedia has enhanced distinctly.The network of stream media technology applies broadly nowadays. Therefore, the research and analysis on the system of network living broadcasters has a profound significance for us to learn and develop the stream media technology.Along with the deep development of the application of the internet video frequency, many kinds of internet information service have appeared in our life, such as online living broadcast, long-distance education and video meeting. The system of network living broadcast in Windows operating system mainly includes collection, coding and storage of the audio and video frequency, internet transmission and the management of the audio and video frequency currency.The paper depicts detailedly the realization of the living broadcaster system, analysizing it from the aspects of stream media line administrating technology, video coding technology and real time stream administrating technology. The stream media line administrating technology adopts the DirectShow provided by Microsoft to establish the entire stream media line, and implement the administration and transmission of data stream with high efficiency. The video coding technology is mainly based on the MPEG-4coding standard to realize the efficient video coding, coding images of high quality, adjustable size of rate and the comparatively steady rate fluctuation. The real time stream administrating technology is implemented based on the RTP and RTCP protocols, through which the real time data are transmitted and administrated. And this technology is used to resolve the real time data stream from the client.Implementing the network living broadcaster in Windows operating system enables users to receive the video living broadcast of high quality. Different video rates are set in terms of users with different internet bandwidths, which will save the user's internet bandwidth, internet resources and resources of local hard disks, enable the transcription of the living broadcast, ensure the real time of the living broadcast data and the high quality of the living video.
