Intelligent System Design And Implementation

This paper analyzes problems of Nanning's current tolling system and composition of fee vehicls by investigating Nanning's current tolling statuses to solve the requirement of tolling system.it adopts mixed tolling mode by road's actual traffic status and variety vehicles. Autoloading tolling form is adopted at every toll station. at the same time we use the License Plate Auto-Recognition System to reduce tolling embezzlements and improve dependability of our tolling system.
