Along with the techniques development and merging of computer, Internet and telegraphy, the era of Mobile Commerce is coming. Current Mobile Commerce faces two problems: first, how to maximum utilize the existed e-commerce system, and integrate the Mobile Commerce system with the existed system which based on different programming languages and platforms; second, how to construct Mobile Commerce mode, not only to enable enterprise to offer services conveniently, but also to fulfill customer' s on demand requirement of getting different information and services. Application development and integration based on Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) could solve these problems. We carried out systematic research on implementation and application of Mobile Commerce system based on SOA. The main results of this thesis are as follows:1) Studying and discussing the Service-Oriented Architecture, including protocol stacks, system roles and the interactions between these roles.2) Studying the techniques of using Web Service to implement SOA. Discussing Web Service model, protocol stacks, especially researching the Universal Description Discovery and Integration (UDDI) of Web Service.3) Realizing the prototype system: putting forward the solution of Mobile Commerce, based on UDDI specification of Web Service, designing and realizing the mobile commerce prototype system which including mainly a private registry owned by enterprise alliance.4) Realizing an application system: mobile shopping system, which including the company who providing the services and the mobile client system. This application system proved out the feasibility and practicality of Mobile Commerce system.5) Analyzing some key problems during the system development: the security problem of Mobile Commerce, system functional testing during development.
