In the area of mobile e-commerce, most of the enterprises are still stuck in a static website or simply visit the WAP mobile e-commerce application stage, Enterprise Application Integration has been made the necessary modifications in order to attain enterprises'software necessary services, or when the business needs to change hardware platforms. Such modification is simply unable to meet the needs of enterprises. Web service technologies break the previous passive "business-customer" mobile e-commerce model. Web service technologies can be used to address cross-platform, cross-language integration of the development-pattern. This model provides technical support for the realization of "software as a service". Under this technique, every enterprise is in need of services, also service provider. Thus, "Business-to-Business," a dynamic mobile e-commerce model is formed. In this model, the business has evolved into a dynamic services, and are designed to reusable components according to a certain standard shapes to provide services for other enterprises. Enterprises can immediately find business partners, lead the network to the maximize utilization, and to provide customers with the greatest value.Based on a service-oriented perspective, this article discusses the structure of the level of mobile e-commerce system under this framework in detail, also does lots of research of the various entities in this framework from the perspective of role, task, etc.Then, we have intensive discussions on the general framework of mobile e-commerce system based on web service, and from the server and client, respectively, the technical perspective, in terms of hardware resources and the environment, present an extendable, highly efficient, feasible technology solution. Finally, in order to better illustrate the proposed framework in this article, the author specifically discusses the achievement of the program combining with a practical system. The final results show that the solution is efficient, reliable and universal.
