With attributes of loosely coupling, easy to use, reusable and composite, web service provides an easy way to reuse software components. Service composition is a process to assemble web services according to their function, semantic and logic relationship, and it provides a new service function to satisfy customer request. Orchestrating of composite service is a deploy structure when composite service executes, it dependents on the control and data transfer model between service components. Current research focuses on the centralized orchestrate of composite service which leads to some problems like running efficiency, expansibility and applicability of the composite service system.By analyzing the solutions and technologies in web service composition in SOA, in order to overcome the shortages of centralized services orchestration, a solution of dynamic decentralized web services orchestration based on SOA is presented in this paper. Decomposing business process into several composite web services, and deploying those composite web services on several decentralized web services composition engines, it is called as decentralized web services orchestration. During the running time, web service engine interact with the each other automatically, to perform a newly business function of centralized composite web service. If the decentralized web service orchestration binds its' web services providers before the execution time or in execution time, it is called as dynamic decentralized web services orchestration.Acoording to the solution, this paper designs a system of dynamic decentralized web services orchestration, which supports graphic modeling, dynamic deployment and binding of web services, and optimum of web services based on QoS. This paper presents key component in the system-dynamic decentralized web services orchestration engine and shows the feature of this scheme by an application instance.
