Control System Design, Based On Constant Pressure Water Supply For Industrial Ethernet

This paper describes the process of establishment about Constant-pressure supplying water control system based on the Industrial Ethernet.This paper surveys and analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional supplying water system at present, and puts forward the whole scheme of establishment about Constant-pressure supplying water control system based on the Industrial Ethernet, and then studies the control algorithms of the system.This paper in detail describes the Siemens' S7-300 PLC and realizes the program designing in the Step7 system. It introduces the advanced technique in the field of the automatic control- Fieldbus and Industrial Ethernet, and describes realizations of the two kinds of techniques in the system. This paper also describes how to use winCC system to design the human-machine interface and realize the remote monitoring.Being combined with the practice project, this paper introduces the attention items of installing and testing of the system. Meanwhile, the future improving conceptions is put forward in this paper.
