Information is the key point for many enterprises to increase production and to protect the enterprise's investments. The vendor of both ERP and MES has now gradually focusing their application scope on information integration, so as to provide as more real-time and authentic information as possible for enterprises. Only utilizing real-time and authentic data information coming from the factory can manufacturing enterprises efficiently control themselves, make perfect decision. Enterprises can also improve production through analyzing the data information. Generally industry information system is depended on multi-subsystems of different functions, but the method of traditional data exchange among them has no standards, so there are many problems such as: many interfaces, poor accessibility and security and etc, this brings on many "information island". We must smash information bulwark, only good cooperation among sub-systems can make the enterprise more efficacious, so we need a data platform that has uniform data description, accessing standards and the feature of good opening to get data from every sub-system and give it to every department, the platform is a bridge between controlling layer and management layer, only in a good data service environment we can easily share and exchange information.Under such technical application background, whom this text choose production process control of grade among the subsystem different to construct problem regard the research object as, is it realize data merge , adopt long-range to control technology is it realize long-range control and picture in control system show to come to make use of transmission technology of the data. Direct against several difficult points in this course: 1, Construct the systematic data to merge differently; 2, Setting-up of the data information sharing platform; 3, Control technology long-rangly; analyse in detail, launch further investigating. On constructing the integration of the data differently , have discussed the implementation method and shortcoming of comparatively traditional standard DDE of data interchange mainly, with the advantage of comparatively popular OPC technology now , and introduce its basic COM/DCOM of technology in detail , put forward and realize in COM + technological category the data based on OPC technology with perfect function merge the method . In the setting-up of the data information sharing platform, propose utilizing because of DDE, the data interchange procedures of three layers of structure of Socket and ADO technology, the realization shared and released in Web data is because of XML , such technology as ASP and IIS ,etc. In the realization of thelong-range monitoring system, the detailed introduction is utilized because of Windows Server 2003 terminal server technology and transmits two kinds of implementation methods of the method because of the picture snapshot, realize the unified visit and control of the host computer to controlling , discuss problem and solution appearing among them .In the chapter of sum-up, the paper mainly discussed the problems, experience in the programming, and probed into later work and directions, at last talked about the realization of industry information platform in the future.
