| In recent years,low-power wide area network(LPWAN)technology has been increasingly used in areas such as city smart reading meter, drone communications and basic civil facility monitoring.LPWAN is an absolutely attractive technology, which enables low-cost end devices to communicate with the base station ove r long distances from hundreds of bps to dozens of kbps rate.It meets the requirements of large-scale,wide-coverage,low-power applications. At present, based on LPWAN network key technology research and system design has become an important research direction of the Internet of Things.Because the exiting NB-IOT and Lo Ra have high costs, and the network downlink power consumption is high.So based on commodity CC1310 hardware platform, this paper designs a novel low-power,longrange network, named OPEN-WAN.The main research contents of this paper includes three aspects.(1)For typical application scenarios,we designed and implemented a lightweight star network protocol stack that is suitable for the CC1310 platform. The protocol stack realizes lower-power,reliable network uplink and network downlink through a hybrid architecture with synchronous and asynchronous MAC layers, configurable scheduling and so on.(2)For large-scale network deployment, the problem of mutual interference between subnets is presented. In this paper,a large-scale network multisubnet partitioning method is given. Then the theoretical value of the number of channels to be used in a typical scenario is given through a proof method.(3)In order to manage the network more conveniently, this paper has realized the OPEN-WAN network equipment monitoring function. In a real environment,OPEN-WAN can reach 1.2km distances and it's average power consumption is less than 25 u A.The network uplink can around cover 700×750㎡ campuses, and the downlink radius is about 300 m.In addition,OPEN-WAN has the characteristics of adapting different rates, scalable network size, and simple network deployment. |
