Long-range Monitoring System Using In The Production Process Of The Co₃O₄

With the continuous development of computer communication technologies, network applications increasingly affect people's daily life, industry is no exception. Thus, in order to ensure product quality and production safety, improve working efficiency, the production site of the equipment running, various production parameters monitored in real time and control is necessary.The original cobalt oxide production system of Zhe Jiang Huayou is based on the PLC control system, and no monitoring. Enterprises require complete production system, based on the original equipment, set up remote monitoring system.In this paper, Zhe Jiang Huayou Limited Liability Company is a project for existing production conditions of the remote monitoring system. It set up a remote monitoring system, and developed a remote monitoring software, and enables business users to achieve the on-site production of remote monitoring. In the LAN monitoring system, this issue developed OPC servers, OPC client and LAN monitoring software, and OPC client embedded into the control software. Established the SQL Server database, and use the LAN monitoring software, and the equipment status and production data on-site stored in the database running in the background, historical data can also be managed. Established a website to access the database remotely, using this site, the real-time status of field equipment and production data could displayed, and the historical data could also managed, the equipment could remote controlled, the problem that directly remote monitoring the production is solved, and add the remote monitoring function of the production.The remote monitoring system studied by this issue has been put into operation. After a long run, the remote monitoring system in the topic cobalt oxide production process enables the function that remote monitoring the production on site.
