Research And Development Of Application-oriented Tool-naric-capp System

With the increasing competition of global manufacturing markets, developing and manufacturing the high-quality and low-cost products at the shortest time have been becoming the goal of each enterprise's pursuit. Using computer to plan process will greatly improve the work efficiency, quality, ability of transacting information of the techniques department ,it will also improve the ability of intercommunion between techniques department and other departments.In the dissertation, on the basis of elaborating the current situation and tendency of CAPP technology, the problems that present CAPP system faced are analyzed .Combined with basic demands of CAPP system from the enterprise, function demand and capability demand of system is analyzed, and a kind of tools CAPP system is proposed to satisfy our consumer.On the other hand, Storage and management model of resource data is researched and an open data base management system of process resource is building. Dynamic management of process resource data is achieved. With the apply of the Consequence basing on the characteristic, the system will get the basic techniques steps of the parts, then with the use of commutative techniques design method, the finally techniques steps will be get. In the picture-drawing model, self-determination drawing mode is used, which greatly improves the flexibility and the efficiency of the system, and brings great effects in the production.Based on TYY-02-05, the consequence is explained ,and the efficiency is analysed.
