Tire Building Machine Computer Monitoring System Design

The computer monitor system is main part of computer control system, it is the center of data collection and remote monitoring. The task of my project is the research works of tire building machine's computer monitor system.This project is the part of the electric control system of tire building machine which Beijing Tex- Pow electric Co .Ltd research for Tai Zhou San Yi textile machine Co .Ltd, this project include the programmer work of the compile software ' s and monitor software 's.This paper on the computer system of tyre building machine is writed out base on a lot of hard research work. The function of compile software is compiling the technologic language, which programmed by technologist, and downloading the converted code into the memory of PLC; and the function of monitor software is embedding the compile software into the this running monitor software and display and managing the collected data from the field of machine.The structure of compile software include the managing part of text file, the check part of syntax and accidence, the code download part and the error checking part, the method of the technologic language's compiling and executing is checking and translating the technologic language sentence for sentence and download the converted code into PLC s memory in baling way. The monitor software programmed in WINCC configure software made by SIEMENS automatic and drive Co.Ltd. The main function of this monitor software is the display of working condition of the every part of machine, the managing of operator, the history data table print and so on.After the debugging and coursing of the monitor system, the function which consumer required have been carried out, and the operator can change the technologic function and manage the data in easy way, the efficiency has been improved.
