At present, with the development of Internet technology, the logic complexity of the enterprise application programs is increasing constantly, user's quantity is increasing continuously and the region is being distributed more extensive. In order to operate the large-scale enterprise application program on more computers based on Windows, the multi-layer distributed enterprise application system structure has already become the inevitable trend of development of enterprise system.Corresponding to the distributed system structure of three layers of enterprises, Microsoft has suggested Windows DNA (Distributed Internet Application Architecture) as its solution, and what intermediate business layer of DNA adopted are COM+ technology. Based on COM, COM+ offers such as queued component, multicasting publish/subscribe service, transaction, CLB (Component Load Balancing) and role-based security etc. COM+ has offered a unified environment of operating and management for business components.So, this paper tries to find out how to use COM + technology to set up the scalable distributed environment of enterprise.First of all, this paper proceeds from the development of COM + technology. Through studying the development course of OLE (Object Linking and Embedding), COM (Component Object Model), DCOM (Distributed COM) and MTS (Microsoft Transaction Server), the paper proposes the theory of" COM + can be thought as the aggregation of COM, DCOM and MTS ". Base on this theory, we research and analyze these three kinds of technology in order to carry on the preliminary discussion to COM+ technology. Later, this paper offers the exhaustive argumentation and explanation of COM+, and then proves COM+ can bring various kinds of advantages of MTS and DCOM to the programmer and user. At the same time, this paper lay out the brand-new, powerful system structure that COM+ offers.In chapter three of this paper, we point out firstly that in the large-scale establishment and enterprises, because of the expanded users' quantity, distributedregion, increasing data amount and complicated business logic, to set up large-scaled multi-layer enterprise distributed system is urgent.Windows DNA, as the solution of multi-layer enterprise distributed system, divides distributed system into 3 layers: presentation, business logic and data. DNA put logic, data visit and legitimacy check-up etc. into the layer of business logic, and provide service through COM+. COM + is the core of Windows DNA, and basic tool of distributed enterprise.In the last chapter , through analysis of a case of hotel reservation system (COM+ is the core technology of this system), the paper demonstrates the realization details of COM+, how to configure COM+ well and how to use various kinds of service that COM+ offers, thus to set up a flexible , strong distributed system of enterprise.In a word, base on primarily research of COM+ technology, this paper demonstrates how to apply various kinds of service of COM+ to practical application, and how to set up scalable distributed system of an enterprise.
