The Design And Realization Of Personalized Knowledge Sharing System Software Virtual Teams

A Virtual Team is a group of individuals who work across time, space and organizational boundaries with links strengthened by webs of communication technology. The team can't have a common office, for the restriction of the organic structure. At the same time, it is difficult to communicate and share knowledge within the virtual team, compared with the traditional team. So, those methods of accessing, utilizing, sharing and storing the explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge are the important factors to be addressed in team study. Right tools are required to share knowledge in virtual team, in order to improve the efficiency of the team, increase the competitive power and adaptive ability of the company.Aiming at this problem, the paper presents a knowledge sharing system for a virtual team to build a platform that can support every member whit individual knowledge. The major completed work as follows:1) The functions for experts, including establishment of knowledge base, index base and relevant rules, template bank of index system, are realized.2) The functions for users, including input person information, subscriber knowledge and search knowledge, are realized.3) Class package, which estimates the technique maturity of the team member based on mark method, is developed.4) The search engineer is designed to search knowledge from knowledge base according estimates result.5) An E-mail pushing system is developed.6) A module of database connection and operation is designed to make database program easy.The system is achieved by Java following the development whit the concept of object-oriented technology and struts structure.
