Robot soccer game has become a very popular platform for researches of multi-agent system and distributed artificial intelligence recently. However, a physical robot soccer system is very expensive and its use is restricted by the wastage of hard wares. Practical experiments cannot be performed enough in order to reduce hardware wastage and maintain equipments.Most of the robot soccer game simulators developed cannot offer sufficient support to the research and development of robot soccer game strategies; and general multi-robot simulation systems do not aim at robot soccer, which make them very difficult to user. Therefore, the main work of this thesis is to develop a software develop platform in order to design and debug robot soccer strategy software much more efficiently.We first analyze several existed simulation systems; give the design target and performance demand of our platform, and then design its software architecture. On the basis of the above work, the design plans and implement of the three main subsystems composed of online debug system,game simulator, data analyzer and software development support system are discussed.The application of this platform in the design and research of robot soccer software indicates that it provides a reliable and efficient way to help debugging and developing robot soccer software.
