This study object is Bo Chuang UP-VOYAGER RoboCup medium-sized soccer robot, it mainly makes a systematic analysis and research for the system of intelligent soccer robot and strategy of robocup.The decision-making subsystem is the soul of the soccer robot system. In the intelligent robot soccer system, the task of decision-making subsystem is to make a judgement about the competition situation of the market from the visual subsystem to format the corresponding game strategy and allocate the roles of each robot ,then planning the trajectories of the robot soccer and arrange to the robot to implement the appropriate technical action. Against the drawbacks of traditional dicision-making subsystem, it is proposed the dicision-making subsystem structure based on the "master-slave"concept.The competition strategy of Robot soccer is also the focus of this paper, the so-called competition strategy is that all robots in co-ordination between the common way to finish the task according to the situation of market competition and instructions of judges.Finally, the use of VC++ integrated development environment to complete the relevant procedures for writing and debugging code.
