Even since 1957 October 4 the former Soviet Union successfully sent Sputnik I into the Earth orbit, the international community more and more make a point of the research and the development of the space technique. Mankind not only launch all kinds of satellites, and still successfully proceed manned flight, establish the space station, make an ascent of the moon. The space technique progresses quickly with application widely, whick display the important meaning at economy, military, technology and politics. In the military realm, this kind of meaning is particularly for outstanding.According to incompletely statistics, the number of space object around the earth is 35000000, among them size at 1 ~ 10 cm of roughly 110000, larger than 10 cm of about 8000 above. Space Object that current quilt the United States space the surveillance system prepare catalogued to amount to 27689, among them 18595 have already decayed, 9094 are still in the orbit. And among them, the USA and Russian occupies respectively 32.3% and 46.91%. Above background, this paper according to the current data relevant to space object information analyses and statistics the character of Space Object in detail with focuses on the distribution of semi-major axis, eccentricity and inclination. At the same time, we use VC to develop the Oracle database, and establish the Space Object dynamic database. It can timely collect Space Object information from Internet, and proceed early warning analysis with forecast. The Space Object dynamic database also may be used in the Space Surveillance Network, the Ballistic Missile Early Warning System, the Anti-satellite and Anti-ASAT Support, Space TT&C System for space object indentification and classification.
