Mobile communication users of today all hope mobile devices in the hand can possess more functions. No matter the advanced integrating personal digital assistant (PDA ). or popular mobiles with the lowcost and easy to use. High speed ASIC technology for mobile equipments or even for low cost equipments is being earnestly studied.If higher end integration operation system is required to realize these functions,and taking the factors of cost and volume into consideration,the problem gets more complex.Generally common equipments only provide specific settlement supporting serving teams and interfaces, although most of them share a common bottom environment,the specific layer of ASIC hinders the development of routine applications,further more it makes an obstruction for the equipments manufacturer of popularization of the routine applications. This paper are aim at the puzzles which the author of this paper fell across in the development of BREW application in the over one year just past. Picture and image and memory management are quite difficult two problems. In program development. Since picture and image occupies quite large space, Some investigations were carried out about resources compression and decompression in BREW play-development ; Double cashe-technology in BREW was studied and the results had been successfully turned into reality in this paper. Meanwhile ,some research about BREW equipment memory management was made and used in practice as well, as result of the technology of memory management is very important in the equipments restricted such as Mobile phone. In the last part of this paper a BREW network play was achieved. Network play is one of the directions in the future Mobile plays development and has great market potential. A problem, that is many codes used repeatedly in each play, is often come across in the BREW development, this can be solved by using BREW interface extended. A BREW interface extended was achieved in this paper as well.
