As the telecommunications restructuring and the issuance of 3G licenses, mobile phones, the wireless technology most widely used wireless terminals, also entered a new era, and the mobile phones' wireless value-added business development also changes and updates a lot accordingly. In 2008, the American QUALCOMM company released a new platform BREW 3.1.5, which compares to the original 2.0 platform, a lot of features have been improved and strengthened, and also opened up some new features in order to adapt to the new phone's new features. Through the practical the development and research, author discusses the research and experience summaries done at the graduate school.The research work can be devided into three parts:the application framework, BREW new technology research, such as touch-screen technology, image processing techniques, etc., and frequently encounted various questions and general solutions during BREW applicaions' developing transplanting and testing. First of all, the paper describes some of the core mechanisms,such as 00 characteristic, especially the message processing and callback funciton mechanism.Then it briefly introduces the various modules of the game development, which includes the interface display module,the update module, the state shift module, logical collision module and so on.Among them the details about the network communicition module,which is used to record high scores is stressed. After that, on the basis of the original BREW technology and the achievement, it educes the realization of touch-screen technologies, and displays how to realise it by taking the game applicatian for example. And then puts an emphasis on artificial intelligence technology. For the more, it explains the advanced image processing techniques on the issue in image fliping, rotating, scaling and color-table changes. Finally, it describes the problems encountered on the process of the development, transplantation and testing for the applications, and gives the general solutions to them according to my experience.
