Wireless Mobile Ad Hoc Network (MANET) is the aggregation of hardware and software that include wireless transmitter-receivers and computers, which is based on the wireless packets network. Because MANET mainly uses for emergency and military wireless communication, the aims of the MANET routing protocol are rapid, exact, effectual and expandable. Ad Hoc network can be easily deployed without the use of any existing network infrastructure and make mobile users more convenient to access it, which accord with the requirement of MANET. Based on the Ad Hoc network, this dissertation performs the framework of the MANET, which comprises the communication protocol system, channel-setting and address-setting. Through analyzing and comparing many routing protocols of Ad Hoc Network, LANMAR(Blend) routing protocol is used for MANET, which is preformed by ameliorating LANMAR routing protocol. A simulating formwork of MANET is built on OPNET simulator. And the simulations done on this platform have proved the validity of LANMAR routing protocol. And referenced algorithm, models and data are provided for the design of the real system.
