Free space optical communication becomes a new direction of optical communications because of its advantages as broad bandwidth, high bit rate, high security and good performance on anti-jamming. The transmitting module of signal optical including such as optical generating, modulating, emitting and keeping optical wave stabilization, is very important in optical communication system. This paper provides the analysis of the theory in signal optical transmitting module. We analyze the key technology of signal transmitting. Being based of distributing communication system link, we design driving and temperature controlling circuit according with technology target for simulating. According to simulating, we select corresponding component to assemble the signal optical transmitting circuits. We test our designing circuits and accomplish the transmitting module. Our designing module is based on the analysis of new typical optical-electronic component. That is a new sample for high power, high bit rate signal optical transmitting. We provide feasible approach for high performance optical communication system.
