Wireless laser communication is a prospective technology at present. The Wireless laser communication is it's realizing specifically on earth, and is one of the methods that solve the problem of "The Last One Kilometer" in access network. It is a system easy to be implemented, immediately untilized and is one of the most cost effective broadband wireless solution that we have seen to date. The Wireless laser communication technology is primarily feathered by flexible access method and low cost in short distance, compared to fiber transmission capacity. The technology of transmission of laser is one of the core technologies of Wireless laser communication. This paper makes in detail discussing to the laser transmission subsystem.Explained systematic conceptual design at first, the every part of the system is made simple discussing and analysis in this section.Next, the paper discusses the optical transmission communication subsystem in detail that is laser transmission unit, control unit and Optical Antenna.And the performance of system is also analysized. Among this part the key technologies such as VCSEL, diode circuit and launch optical antenna in laser transmission module. Finally, every part of the system is tested and the results of the entire system test are given.A wireless picture transmission transmitter which can reach the predesign result is designed in this thesis successfully. Finally, some parts which need to be modified are sumed up and some potential application of key technologies are prospected.
