Design And Implementation Of Electronic Medical Records System

The CPR is the core of the hospital information system (HIS). as the main carrier of the medical information, the CPR are not only the first-hand data of the medical treatment and scientific research but also the basic of medical quality,technology and manager level in the process of the modern management of the hospital. So the design of the CPR is the key technique of the HIS. The CPR information system is computer application procedure of the hospital used in the CPR management. It is a typical application of the computer technology in medical domain.This article mainly carries on the exploration and the realization of the electronic medical record information system in view of the request about the mid-small city hospital information. According to the hospital practical application request, taking the large number of patients and the long period of treatment to the diabetes as an example, the system has realized a diabetes information management system. The system realizes the medical record input about diabetics, consult, management and memory under the B/S pattern , using the combination of the JSP database and the ACCESS database. At the same time, it also provides the function of the information statistics about the diseases, the knowledge inquiry of the diseases, the individual survey input and inquiry and so on.Based on the analysis of the CPR, especially its concept,the development and the technology request, this paper puts forward some problems as follows:1.Define the CPR expression,database design,the plan of maintenance scheme of the layered architecture.2.Discuss the whole process of the establishment of CPR.
