With the development of knowledge economy, the need of knowledge for people is more and more important. National knowledge infrastructure, leaded by professor Cungen Cao, integrated knowledge of all subjects, which aim to realize "get the right information to the right people in the right language in the right timeframe in the right level of granularity". Religious knowledge infrastructure, as the important part of NKI, has signified meaning. This paper, based on building of RKI, do the following work mainly:(1) Research on religious ontology and knowledge formalization. This paper, based on ontology and the method of frame-slots, set up the religious ontology according to manually formalization of large amount of "background knowledge", and research the axiom of ontology. At last the paper discuss the consistency of religious knowledge.(2) Research on religious knowledge classify system. This paper discuss the objective standard and exist classify method. And we set up the all-around religious knowledge classify system, which have been used in building religious ontology system.(3) Bring up a new intermediate semantic markup language. This paper analysis the complexity of religious natural text and the shortage of exist method in the special domain. We set up a new intermediate semantic markup language. At last we design the relative rule.(4) A tool of auto acquisition of religious knowledge based on manual intervention. The formalization of "background knowledge" is a time-consuming active, mistakes may be made by knowledge engineers unavoidably. Based on the features of religious knowledge, the papers design a new auto knowledge acquisition tool, which can generate frame, use rules and so on. We design a new representation method of rule.
