| The Detector of Infra-red Remote Controller which has function of writing down data and statistics is mainly used to measure whether the remote controller could realize its function by workers and developers, It benefits the automatic management of the products.This paper describes the whole course of product development, at first, the basic operation principle of infra-red remote control is analyzed and summarized as three kinds of modes, including the coding way ,the structure of code and the transmitted waveform of code .on this base , a kind of algorithm and the overall plan of design are put forward ,at last .hardware and software are designed to realize the function, however the algorithm of data processed, the design of hardware and software and the operation mode are focused on. The program flow-charts, the circuits of hardware, the transmitted waveform and some important code of subprogram are given in some chapters.The universal detector of infra-red remote controller works successfully with the development tools which could detect many kinds of infra-red remote controllers. |
