The process of grinding is the continuity of Crushing Mill ,is the last process of the mineral selection,is the important step of grinding and classification .The aim of grinding is the separating of monomers whole or most part of the mineral,at the same time try to avoid the overgrinding and to satisfy the requirements of the granularity ,make a good chance to select the useful integrity of others. In most factories,grinding influence the economy and technique greatly and it is the task which consume the most power. Grinding plays an important role in the economical technical target and the most work of the dynamic waste in selecting. Factories make a great efforts on the manpower and physical resources to reduce energy wastes,improve the efficiency of grinding ,reduce the cost of production,improve the quality.But the process of grinding is very complex which has many influcing factors and it is a nonlinearity and Time-delay process.So we cannot find an exact mathematic model which brings very big difficulty to grinding control.In this paper,saddle against the backdrop of the actual item, extraction expertise,analysis of actual production data, theory and practice of combining the application of fuzzy control MATLAB toolbox was successfully constructed a full-featured control of grinding and classification modules,and to use COM component technology to enable control the success of embedded modules.Net software platform. And automatic control based on the innovative use of interactive platforms, has greatly increased the practicality of the software,and truly meet the needs of the actual production. Are as follows:(1) Grinding and classification process on the purpose, significance and development of the situation at home and abroad,the fuzzy control based on the grinding and classification system. (2)Introduced the application of key technologies: fuzzy control technology,matlab toolbox fuzzy control,fuzzy control simulation technology.(3)The actual production data on a systematic analysis and production data based on the I/O range of language classification variables.Input and output parameters and the logical relationship between the analysis carried out a detailed introduction,combined with production data and expertise to develop a reasonable strategy of ambiguity.(4)Detailed the calculation of grinding and classification module interface definitions. MATALB focuses on the technology of COM components and MATLAB with the .Net's mixed program.(5)Focuses on the fuzzy control based on the grinding systems and classification systems,as well as the realization of the system design process , the membership function of the algorithm selection , the formulation of fuzzy rule table,the input and output fuzzy linguistic variables of fuzzy reconciliation process in detail description.(6)Analysis of the traditional fuzzycontrol and prediction of the adaptive technology in the actual production process of the abuses,and the process for the production of mineral changes in the design of this important factor in a practical platform for human-computer interaction, a proper solution of the grinding classification process as a result of changes in mineral systems of the major issues of huge oscillations. And comparative analysis of the election system in the production plant before and after the production data,the data showed that demand for the system composite manufacturers.After the end of the project,summed up the project gains experience and technique,the author of Fuzzy Control in the production of grinding and classification applications have a more profound understanding of related technologies to enhance the development of a new goal:(1)For soft and hard mineral on the impact of the fuzzy rules and production experts to further study,for the control program from the production experience to the theory,by the theory of sublimation to the intelligent control strategy for the future to build truly intelligent, stable, Intelligent control systems and efficient efforts.(2)the grinding and classification process of the load cycle calculation algorithm for further research. Further improve the accuracy and effectiveness of control.(3)The development of computer technology is cintinue, and actively broaden our horizons, new ideas to try out new technology and fuzzy control technology for the development of a more intelligent and effective efforts of intelligent control systems.
