The grinding-classification is a important circuit in selected ore factory. It is a nonlinear,time-varying procedure with long time lag and large inertia.This paper is based on Jiguanzui of Sanxin gold and copper Limited -liability company in hubei. I analysed and studied the specific property of the grinding-classification system,and determined the connections of loading capacity and electric current,grinding consistency and grinding efficiency,overflowing size and overflowing consistency. The control programme was decided, and loading capacity was controlled by fuzzy PID.The control system can adapt to different ore. Because of ore character's variations,the best loading capacity will change.so it should be intelligently explored by fuzzy algorithm. So then,it can keep away waste tamping or overload, and bring into play system's efficiency fully.In addition,in this paper I provided hardware and software to the control system from the engineering angles. It was reliable and advanced. It would be expanded, and it performed satisfactorily. The control system adopted the structure that included PLC and the scene collecting computer, and the long-range monitoring computer. We can monitor the control system by Kingsoft, effectively and vividly.
