The system provides the assistant means for person to increase the management of the Self-Service Online Terminal. With the development of banking and communication, the maintenance of Self-Service Online Terminal is more important. The main abuse of the current software of the monitor and management(M&M) is that it lacks of the technique and considers little for the customer.This paper aims at designing and realizing the M&M system.I has led the customer putting forward the requirement and proceeded the requirement investigate and the business model. Aiming at the request of the system, I study the mixed framework technique to realize the M&M system.The development of system is based on a traditional method which employs the Software-Engineering-waterfall model, the system disparts seven modules, such as the terminal monitor, the terminal management, the system management,the statistic information, the demand information, the drivers, the network communication, and so on. Because of the particularity of the system, a mixed framework system will be designed for it. This paper mainly discusses how to realize the whole system with the serial technique, subassembly technique, d11 technique, network communication and the design patterns.The first contribution of author is that the mixed framework system model is put forward.The mixed framework system model integrates the excellence of B/S and C/S. The terminal monitor parts are composed with the drivers parts, and through the data transmission of the network communication the Self-Service Online Terminal can be initiative and real-time monitored.The second contribution of author is the realization of some modules. Author realizes the drivers in serial technique, web system indesign patterns, and net communication in socket technique.
