Compared with traditional instrument, the fictitious instrument is in the intelligent degree, deal with ability, performance-cost ratio, effectiveness,etc. respect have obvious technological advantageIncorporate and get control configuration of the software constantly with various kinds of new developing technology, controlling the configuration software has stronger competitiveness and wider market prospects. And with user's needs constant improvement and constant progress of technology, the software needs perfecting and update progressively too, make it keep powerful market competitiveness.There are iFix, WinCC, configuration king,etc. mainly in the control software with popular controlled field of industry of our country, but cost an arm and a leg because of these large-scale software, the function could be realized of the software is limited, seek and use other software (such as prevailing LabVIEW observe and control the software more and more at present) substitute above-mentioned software of controlling, it is an important subject in order to be suitable for the medium and small-scale system to realize that it controls the function. LabVIEW uses one of the most extensive fictitious instrument development environments in the world at present, have already applied diagnosing, the measuring, course are controlled, such each fields as the instrument is designed to the trouble extensively.Have analysed theoretically at first that uses LabVIEW in the medium and small-scale on-the-Fieldbus control system in this subject, combine advanced OPC interface technology, DataSocket technology and ActiveX technology,etc. and realize going to the feasibility of controlling the function of location . And then study and adopt LabVIEW to realize that it controls the function while realizing . And then has analysed the realizing from the angle that the actual project used concretly of the function . To the question that the actual project appears when used, put forward solution " LabVIEW + DSC ". Success of DSC module is used, has solved the problem constantly, and make the system save the time of developing even more, have raised the efficiency greatly .
