Internet Cafe Management System Based On The Ic Card

It is the trend in management modernization to reckon the utilization cost automatically and manage the net bar by using computer .On the basis of reading up a lot of literatures, the system of the net bar automatic cost reckoning and management has been developed by using the technology of database and network. It converts frustrated manual practice business to computer automation and raises the working efficiency, enhances the management level greatly. Consulting other net bar cost reckoning and management system and analyzing the practice business, the design ideas and operation procedure have been determined at last. The following subjects have been involved in the thesis: Analyzing the automatic identification and IC card technology, the idea of using IC card as the users label is presented, and the method of realizing is also given .Database technology and its development are studied. According to its characteristics, the system selects SQL Server as the development tool. Analyzing TCP/IP network structure, the method of realizing computer remote control and data communication by using WINSOCK software is presented. Analyzing the application program interface-API technology provided by Microsoft Company, useing the built-in function of Windows in the application program. Have study the controlling part technology of third party in VB, has realized the good human- computer interaction interface, make users have fresh and new feelings. Application results show the system is correct and reliable, meets the design request. It is suitable for various net bar automatic charging and all computer laboratory and computer lab management in universities ,colleges or society.
