The goal of our research is to provide the civil instrument manufacturers with the standard resource block(RB) and function blocks(FB) necessary to develop their instruments based on Foundation Fieldbus(FF), so that they can quickly complete the development which can make them catch up with their foreign competitors.According to the protocol specifications of FF, the whole structure of this fieldbus is studied. Also, the resource block and the analog input FB (the function block AI) are studied and analyzed in detail, including their algorithms and parameters. Then, we establish the resource block algorithm which can monitor the state of hardware and software, the function block AI algorithm which can takes the transducer block's input data, and makes it available to other function blocks at its output.On the basis of the research work, the resource block and the function block AI are designed and programmed . After that, both the two programs are debugged with the communication stack software by using the VRTX1 x86/rm operating system. The results accord with what are anticipated.Now, the programs of the two blocks have already been loaded in the; field devices which are ready to debug and operate in the plant. |
